Data collection, processing and storage
All information that we hold concerning you as an individual will be held and processed by Maggie’s Centres strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Such data will be used by Maggie's Centres to administer our relationship with you as a valued service user or supporter and to provide you with information about Maggie’s activities for related purposes.
We will not, without your consent, supply your name and addresses to any third party except where (1) such transfer is a necessary part of the activities that we undertake, or (2) we are required to do so by operation of law.

Use of cookies
What are cookies?

It does not identify individual users but measures the overall behaviour or our visitors.

Our site makes use of Flash to display fonts that aren’t necessarily installed on your computer. This cookie is set once the fonts are loaded to prevent the need to keep re-loading them.

Sessions (JSESSID and User)
Session cookies are set once you have logged in with your username and password, so you don't have to do it for every web page you navigate to on our site. This information is stored as a random string of letters and numbers.
