It's Christmas Challenge time at The Big Give, which is part of the Reed Foundation. Donate to Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres from Monday and have your gift matched.

From 10am on Monday 7 December, all donations made to Maggie’s via The Big Give website will be doubled. The Reed Foundation has set aside a total of £1.5m to give away on a first-come-first-served basis, with £750k on Monday 7, and £375k on each of Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 December. The Christmas Challenge continues until Friday 11 December, with any remaining funds available until 31 December.

It's easy to make your donation go twice as far!
For example, if you give £25, it instantly becomes £50 with the matched funding. But you'll need to be quick off the mark - last year's challenge saw the Reed Foundation  funding disappear in about 50 minutes of frenzied donating!

You can also make your gift go further with Gift Aid.

On the Maggie’s page of the Big Give website, you can select which project you wish to support. These range from helping us build new centres in Newcastle, Swansea, Cheltenham, Oxford and Nottingham to contributing to the ongoing running costs of all of our existing centres.

Donate on Monday from 10am and you'll also be entered into a prize draw to win an exclusive diamond pendant worth £2,000, generously donated to Maggie’s by Richard Sinton Jewellers in Newcastle upon Tyne.

• All you need to do is visit the Big Give website from 10am on Monday
   7th December and select which Maggie’s project you'd like to support

• To donate, click the 'Donate online' button.

• Enter your details and, if eligible, remember to click the Gift Aid box.

• Please remember to leave a tick in the box ‘I would like to receive
   further information from this charity’ so that we can enter you in the
   prize draw.

• You should receive a confirmation email from The Big Give if your
   donation has been successful. If you don't receive this email, please
   check your spam folder.
