Maggie’s chosen as Majestic Wine Charity of the Year 2011

Maggie’s is delighted to announce it has been chosen as Majestic Wine's Charity of the Year 2011.

Maggie’s was chosen by a national staff vote carried out across Majestic’s stores and offices at the start of November. Everyone at Maggie’s is hugely grateful to all of the staff that voted. With collection tins, mobile phone and printer cartridge recycling and staff fundraising activities, Majestic will be supporting Maggie's throughout 2011.

By working together, Maggie’s and Majestic will raise money to help people living with cancer all over the UK. At the same time the partnership will spread the word about the support available at Maggie’s in the local communities where Maggie’s has centres and across the UK through Maggie’s Online Centre.
