All our services are free, please call 020 7386 1750 for further information or to pre-book a session.

The centre is open from 9am to 5pm weekedays and you can drop in at any time. Unless otherwise indicated, no pre-booking is required.

Please ask centre staff about the Nutrition Workshop, Tai Chi, Yoga, Talking Heads and the Living with Cancer course. Please also check with centre staff to see if the group you want to attend is running that week.

Maggie’s Young Men’s weekly support group meets every Friday (11am – 12.15pm). The group provides a confidential and supportive environment for any young man living with cancer, to talk through any issues you wish to explore. Maybe you are finding it difficult to manage the changes in your life that a diagnosis of cancer brings, or dealing with uncertainty. The group will provide an opportunity to share experiences, whilst getting support form each other. The group is led by a clinical psychologist, and a cancer support specialist to ensure that you feel safe and secure in the discussion, and that you have time to discuss the issues that are affecting you.

Where Now?: Finishing cancer treatment and getting on with life can be a challenge for people when hospital has become a regular part of life's routine. Where Now? is a course providing the tools to address the physical, emotional and practical needs that a person and their family may have have now that cancer treatment is over. During the six weekly sessions there is an opportunity to gain information, skills and resources to optimise your health in terms of exercise, nutrition, emotional and practical issues and medical management.
